Ha-Seong Kim, who was born in Bucheon, Gyeonggi, South Korea, on October 17, 1995, is known to be a professional baseball player, who is a second baseman with the San Diego Padres of Major League Baseball (MLB).
In the 2014 Korea Baseball Organization Draft, Kim was selected by the Nexen Heroes as the number 41 overall pick. He made his KBO debut with the Heroes in May 2014, and in 2018, 2019, and 2020, he took home the Golden Glove Award. However, he signed a contract with the San Diego Padres in December 2020.
